KINOKİ is a participatory theatre and film project developed within the context of the
Junges Schauspiel StadtKollektive at Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf.
The project explores phenomena of visibility and invisibility — in public cultural spaces as well as
within personal, inner realities. Through performative and cinematic forms, young participants investigate
how they are seen, how they see themselves, and which voices remain unheard.
Live performance, filmic sequences, and collective processes merge into a shared artistic language that
reflects urban life experiences and questions cultural representation.

Junges Schauspiel StadtKollektive am Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf.
Im Zentrum steht das Phänomen von Sichtbarkeiten und Unsichtbarkeiten — in der Kultur im Außen ebenso wie
in der Kultur im Inneren. In performativen und filmischen Ausdrucksformen setzen sich junge Menschen mit
urbanen Lebensrealitäten, Selbst- und Fremdwahrnehmung auseinander.
Live-Performance, filmische Elemente und kollektive Arbeitsprozesse verbinden sich zu einer gemeinsamen
künstlerischen Sprache, die Fragen von Präsenz, Repräsentation und Teilhabe verhandelt.
