Werkstatt des Wir is an interdisciplinary event series dedicated to exploring future-oriented approaches to cultural education.
Conceived as an open laboratory, the project brings together artistic practice, civic engagement, and critical reflection.
Through workshops, discussions, performative formats, and collaborative encounters, Werkstatt des Wir creates spaces in which collective
practices can emerge — spaces where questions of participation, belonging, and shared responsibility are negotiated.
The series connects cultural institutions, civil society initiatives, and local actors, emphasizing culture as a living process shaped by
diversity, dialogue, and social involvement.

Werkstatt des Wir ist eine interdisziplinäre Veranstaltungsreihe zur Erforschung zukunftsfähiger Kulturbildung.
Als offener Denk- und Handlungsraum verbindet das Projekt künstlerische Praxis, gesellschaftliches Engagement und kritische Reflexion.
In Workshops, Gesprächen, performativen Formaten und kollektiven Begegnungen entstehen Räume, in denen gemeinsame Praxis erprobt wird
und Fragen von Teilhabe, Zugehörigkeit und Verantwortung verhandelt werden.
Die Reihe vernetzt kulturelle Institutionen, zivilgesellschaftliche Initiativen und lokale Akteur:innen und versteht Kultur als
einen lebendigen, dialogischen Prozess, der durch Vielfalt und Mitgestaltung geprägt ist.
